Cancellation Policy

At Las Clementinas Hotel, we understand that plans can change. To manage your reservation properly, please carefully review the following cancellation terms:

Cancellation Windows and Fees

  • 5 days or less before check-in: Full payment is required, and cancellations or modifications made within this period will result in a 100% charge of the total reservation amount. No refunds will be issued.
  • 15 to 5 days before check-in: Cancellations or modifications within this period will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • More than 15 days before check-in: Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and fail to notify us of the cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your originally scheduled departure date, the total reservation amount will apply, and no refunds will be offered for unused nights.

Reservation Modifications

If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates or the number of guests), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes made within the 15-day cancellation period may result in cancellation fees as outlined above.

Special Event or Peak Season Reservations

For reservations made during peak seasons, special events, or holidays, the cancellation policy may differ. These dates may require full prepayment at the time of booking and have a stricter cancellation policy. Please review the specific terms for such reservations.

Group Reservations

For group reservations (defined as 5 or more rooms), a different cancellation policy may apply. Group reservations require a non-refundable deposit, and cancellations or modifications may incur additional charges. Please contact us directly for specific terms.

Refunds

Any cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid through a third-party platform (e.g., Expedia, Booking), the refund will be processed according to their policy, and you may need to contact them directly.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies), we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected guests or provide a full refund if applicable.

Late Arrivals

If you plan to arrive after the scheduled check-in time (3:00 PM), please notify us in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reservation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
